The team 
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
 
The position
The Regional Data Manager focuses on ensuring marketing and sales teams have the required addressable market data to generate demand and revenue. Delivering against this goal will require strong engagement with cross-functional business leaders  to deliver against the GTM teams’ objectives. This role has broad scope and requires some expertise in data management to ensure the volume and quality of the company and people data are sufficient. The ​​Sr. Regional Data Analyst serves as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and as a critical business lead for cross-functional projects involving company and person data. 

This role requires working across the business to prioritize, scope and lead data quality projects. The ideal candidate will be able to proactively assess regional data quality, deliver key insights in a compelling way and lead the evaluation and use of new data sources.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager of GTM Intelligence and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships across departments and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver data-informed recommendations to senior leaders to improve data quality and ensure strategy alignment
  • Scope and manage projects to improve regional data quality
  • Measure and publish the impact of company data acquisition/enrichment efforts or quality initiatives to the broader organization
  • Publish metrics that assess the completeness, accuracy, and utility of company and person data in region, which may include data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
  • Serve as the primary contact for external data vendors, including assessing performance and adapting to changing business needs
  • Leverage bulk API tools to merge duplicates, match records to a 3rd party source, insert new records, update existing records or delete records in a limited capacity

Basic qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative focus
  • 5+ years of analytical and project management experience, ideally in consulting, sales operations or marketing operations
  • Knowledge of basic statistics, ability to analyze data and interpret trends
  • Basic SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Experience in data operations - transforming data using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience managing project scope, risks, and issues for executive awareness, escalation, and decision making

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to influence and manage through ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and expectations
  • Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing firmographic and/or demographic data
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Exposure to agile and JIRA
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Using bulk API tools to manage data en mass
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Exposure to high-growth work environments
  • Understanding of SaaS business model

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $105,425 - $128,875 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
