HR Data Analyst

The HR Data Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:

• Be responsible for supporting the delivery of people/HR reporting and analytics.

• Complete, improve and enhance regular reporting products and processes to deliver timely and accurate reporting in a coordinated way

• Seek, find, extract, transform and use multiple data sets to solve problems and complete tasks

• Data visualisation and dashboarding

• Subject matter-specific deep dives, such as trending insights into leave, learning, recognition, FTE/headcount, cost, reward/pay, recruitment, turnover, health, safety, wellbeing, ER, diversity/inclusion, talent, performance and employee research

Role Type: 12 month opportunity 

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Must have HR experience and HR Data Knowledge
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel 
• Data visualisation and dashboarding (intermediate)
• PowerPoint (intermediate)
• Power BI / Python / R
• SQL 
• Ideally experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Google Cloud platforms
