Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst, who thrives on melding multiple data sources to forge insights, develop assumptions, and present complex information in a clear, actionable format. Your analyses will frequently be showcased to our C-Level Executives and disseminated across various departments, making the Junior Data Analyst role pivotal in guiding our strategic direction.

• Normal SA working hours (Monday - Friday)

Requirements

• Develop Reports & Presentations: Craft detailed reports and presentations to unveil business insights to our executive team and internal departments.
• Data Mining & Analysis: Dive deep into our data, employing your analytical prowess to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Actionable Insights: Transform data and reports into actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
• Data Hygiene & QA: Ensure our data remains pristine and accurate through regular quality assurance checks.
• Ad-hoc Queries: Handle ad-hoc queries and analyses, delivering insights as required by the business.
• Dashboards & Metrics: Construct and maintain reusable reports, dashboards, and metrics for business self-service.
• Tool Mastery: Become the go-to reporting expert for tools like Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Executive Communication: Distill complex data into executive-level summaries, recommendations, and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 2-4 years relevant working experience
• Bachelors Degree in Financial Financial Services, Marketing or similar
• Experience in the technology industry is advantageous
• Analytical
• Self-motivated with a results driven approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Adaptable and resilient
• Good time-management skills
