Job Description

This role is all about hands-on technical prowess, and we expect you to bring your A-game. You will be working with autonomy, accountability, and technical brilliance. Your mission includes:

· Working on high-value AI/ML opportunities to improve our product offerings.

· Serving as our AI/ML technology whisperer, guiding us towards the latest and greatest AI infrastructure and delivery trends. 

· Working on AI projects from the ground up. Taking proofs of concept to the grand finale of implementation and deployment. You'll ensure scalability and top-tier performance.

· Locking arms with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product/Program Managers. Collectively, you'll define, create, deploy, monitor, and document ML models that are both tailored and industry leading

Qualifications

· 1-5 years of machine learning (ML) expertise, backed by proven ability with successfully completed projects.

· Worked in bringing AI/ML solutions to production, including scoping, design, development, testing, deployment, and vigilant monitoring.

· Experience in Python, C# and the tools and libraries that make ML magic happen like Semantic Kernel, Langchain, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc.

· Knowledge in how to create and deliver Cloud ML solutions at scale using Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud services.

· Familiarity with ML experiment tracking and collaboration tools, such as Mlflow and Weights & Biases.

· Exposure to model deployment and serving tools like Seldon Core, KServe, etc.

· Experienced in monitoring models and evaluating metrics to drive optimizations using tools like Elastic stack, Prometheus, Alibi detect, etc.

· Skills in data handling and feature engineering and the ability to use big data technology when appropriate e.g., Spark, Dask, Polars, etc.

· A solid background in software engineering, DevOps and MLOps practices, and familiarity with tools to manage infrastructure as code, like Terraform and package managers like Helm Charts.

· Scripting (shell) expertise to automate tests and procedures to ensure reliability and validity of code repositories.

· Proficiency with pipeline orchestration tools, such as Airflow, Kubeflow, and Argo Workflows.
