On the Amazon Robotics (AR) team, we build dynamic partnerships between people and intelligent machines. This intricate collaboration helps Amazon fulfill orders with unmatched accuracy. We are actively seeking a Principal Supply Chain Management (SCM), to lead the supply chain strategies and develop/deliver innovative supply chain solutions for Amazon Robotics Supply Chain (RSC) customers. RSC organization sources, manufactures, delivers a portfolio of robotics technology globally and supports our network of global fulfillment and transportation solutions. You work cross functionally to identify and deliver value for AR customers. You will work closely with partners in RSC and AR customers to understand and deliver the optimal outcomes for Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supply chain, domain expert to dive deep into the supply chain processes, along with the supply chain technologies required to scale business for the next three to five years.
This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the improvement of RSC business. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders. Your goal is to identify and deliver high impact supply chain solutions for RSC, having tangible impact on RSC goals of on-time, cost, flexibility, scalability.
This individual will be a thought leader on supply chain, excellent communicator, and ability to build relationships with internal customers, and senior leaders to develop and assess external requirements.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of programs by evaluating the business and technical landscape, understanding customer needs and value drivers
• Write and coach roadmap and strategy documentation and ensure clear communication and coordination of needs for the business and technology teams
• Hire and Develop a strong performing Program Management organization
• Present confidently to Amazon executives as well as other large audiences

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience working cross functionally across several teams
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
