Job Purpose:

You will be part of the Conversational AI (C.AI) team at Allianz Direct and you will support the transformation of our customer service through developing and maintaining our Voice- and ChatBot “Elisa”. With a clear focus on optimization potential, you drive the customer experience in conversational design and NLU models.  

Key responsibilities:

• Work in cross-functional scrum teams to develop Conversational AI flows 
• Identification of requirements and development of a product vision for our P&C insurance services
• Alignment with multiple development teams working for multiple countries
• Improve quality and strive for continuous innovation with regards to products and technology stack
• Opportunity for further development and collaboration with great colleagues

Qualifications/Key skills:

• Proven development skills and work experience (at least 2 years+) Java Script, (Python would be a plus) 
• You are highly familiar with agile IT project methodologies (Scrum) preferably in an international context
• Experience in the area of Conversational AI – ideally with Cognigy
• Optional: Knowledge in (agile) development and AI / generative AI
• Optional: Knowledge of choosing, training and deploying operative Generative AI models
• Ideally you are also familiar with event-driven architecture concepts (event driven design, Kafka)
• You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box
• Advanced English skills (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French is desirable)
