This position will require one day per week in office.

What You Will Work On:

• Build efficient, robust, and user-friendly dashboards that provide critical business metrics, enabling users to make educated decisions that deliver desired business outcomes.
• Form trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the Analytics team and their products are consulted as the source of truth for business insights.
• Collaborate and network across the organization to proactively identify informational and analytical requirements that will lead to positive business outcomes.
• Maintain data integrity, ensuring all systems and processes comply with relevant data regulations.
• Continuously monitor and analyze trends, to help leadership and stakeholders adjust business strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• Expertise with Sigma, Sisense, Tableau or other dashboard-oriented reporting tools
• Experience with SQL, other data languages a plus (Python, R)
• Familiarity with data engineering processes (ETL, data pipelines, cloud computing)
• Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques such as hypothesis testing and regression analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
