Loka is currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst. This person will harness the power of data to drive efficiency, innovation and strategic insights across the organization and improve decision-making across multiple departments.

Role Summary

As Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining analytics solutions that improve outcomes on a wide array of projects. Your expertise in data analysis, combined with your understanding of various business functions, will enable you to support stakeholders within the company and build trust with our growing roster of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR and Recruiting to identify and prioritize data analysis needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide insights into key business metrics and trends.
  • Perform complex data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, correlations and insights across various data sets.
  • Lead data governance and quality initiatives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements to tools and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python and R
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and understanding of best practices in data presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clean criminal record
