We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Chatbot & NLP Engineer to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

As a Senior Chatbot & NLP Engineer at Xenon7, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot solutions that leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop chatbot systems, and ensure their smooth integration with existing platforms and applications. You will also be involved in training and fine-tuning NLP models, and continuously improving chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about conversational AI and has a strong background in NLP and machine learning. They are comfortable working in a remote environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business leaders to identify problems that can be resolved using chatbot and NLP technologies
  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities to demonstrate our capabilities and relevant use cases and understand client's needs and problems
  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions that leverage NLP techniques
  • Collaborate with UX designers and software engineers to integrate chatbot systems into existing platforms and applications
  • Create and maintain NLP models, and train them using large datasets
  • Optimize chatbot performance through continuous refinement and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and chatbot technologies
  • Contribute to the development of Xenon's chatbot and NLP capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience developing chatbot solutions using NLP techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Java
  • Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, Spacy, or Transformers
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques used in NLP
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Experience with chatbot platforms and frameworks such as Dialogflow or Rasa
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Familiarity with software development practices and version control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
