Isobar Public Sector is seeking a Data Architect who can support a large Salesforce implementation for a U.S. federal government agency. The candidate should demonstrate experience in designing, implementing, and integrating Salesforce with federal systems (both on-premise and cloud), including Salesforce solutions that comply with all federal standards such as security, section 508. Qualified candidates must provide strong demonstrated experience of data design and analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions within the Salesforce platform.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop analytical date warehouses/data marts, and integrate them with Salesforce (developing connectors if/as needed with federal cloud/on-premise systems).
- Develop analytical reports in Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytical/visualization solutions.
- Architect hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems, using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Lead data migration and integration projects, including mapping, transformation, and loading of data from external systems into Salesforce.
- Design scalable and efficient data models, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and data hierarchies, to optimize data storage and retrieval in Salesforce.
- Lead data workshops and meetings, and present defending findings to key business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on how to best organize, manage, and utilize data.
- Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested.
Who You Are
- A US Citizen who is eligible to obtain a security clearance.
- Residency in the US required due to clearance requirements.
- Master’s degree, preferably in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on full stack experience as team lead supporting architects, leading teams, and developing solutions using agile/SAFe methodologies preferably in federal space.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Must have a combination of Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Consultant certifications and or demonstrate equivalent experience.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Proficiency in Salesforce data management tools and features, such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Data Export.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data architecture principles, including custom object design, schema design, and data modeling best practices.
- Experienced developing with Salesforce analytical solutions.
- Proven experience delivering solutions within Salesforce and federal hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience using agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
