Your new job includes

As part of the Master Data Management team, you are responsible for the quality of master data in the Fashion, Accessories, Watches and Jewellery categories. In particular, you will 

• procuring supplier and article master data through direct contact with national and international suppliers via data pool and Excel files 
• ensuring high data quality within Gebr. Heinemann, especially through completeness and plausibility checks  
• identify training requirements for our suppliers based on the data provided and initiate and conduct working meetings to improve data quality 
• maintaining quality assurance reporting  
• carry out queries on new master data requirements due to legal requirements 
• providing support with process optimization in day-to-day business 
   

Preferred Profile

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in master data management - especially in the area of article, supplier and customer master data 
• Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge and experience with Excel  
• Fluent written and spoken German and English  
• Independent, responsible way of working, a strong service and customer orientation as well as a high team spirit
