Job Overview

• Conducts and documents analytical procedures following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Performs routine data analysis to ensure analytical procedures meet expectations and results are within acceptable tolerances.
• Identifies and documents potential performance errors, escalating issues to senior lab personnel.
• Prepares data analysis results for upload to LIMS system under senior staff guidance.
• Assists in quality investigations, deviations, and resolution.
• Prepares buffers and solutions for analysis as needed.
• Guides entry-level staff on routine procedures and supports new staff onboarding.
• Performs and documents calibration, maintenance, and hands-on training for laboratory equipment and personnel.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology is required.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Some CAP/CLIA lab locations may require a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role:

• Basic knowledge of assigned technical area, systems, and procedures acquired through prior work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of functional area and associated responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, such as Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques, including experience with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.
