About the Team

The Data Operations team is a vital component of our Revenue Operations Data Management Team, dedicated to driving and delivering Operational Processes, Data Quality & Cleansing, and Data Enrichment to support our Go-To-Market strategies. We are an energetic team of committed individuals who embody our company's core values every day.

About the Role

Are you ready to leverage your knowledge and experience in technology, continuous delivery, and problem-solving to deliver operational solutions? We have an exceptional opportunity within the Data Operations team for an individual with vision, a passion for excellence, and a proven track record of success. This hybrid role combines technical expertise, project management, and creative problem-solving all in one! You will have the chance to assist in larger multi-functional initiatives and projects for Revenue Operations Data Management, supporting the organization's growth by collaborating with our business partners. This role will also have a primary focus on ensuring the highest data quality.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a comprehensive understanding of reporting design, data analysis, and utilizing performance metrics to illustrate trends and patterns in our data. You will play a pivotal role in enabling leaders to make proactive decisions based on actionable insights. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel is a must.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience analyzing Go-To-Market (GTM) datasets, including CRM data (Account, Contact, Opportunity Data).

• Consistent track record of supporting adhoc requests from Field Users, delivering high levels of customer service, and driving under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for repeatable tasks.

• Experience with Data Enrichment Vendors and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms is a plus (e.g., ZoomInfo, Dun & Bradstreet, Reltio).

Other Qualification:

• Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau with Salesforce and SQL (intermediate to sophisticated) is helpful.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales Operations, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment and optimally handling multiple priorities.

• Adaptable and capable of adjusting to new demands quickly, with excellent prioritization skills.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $95,700 USD - $143,500 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $90,900 USD - $168,000 USD
