Position Overview   As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform data into valuable insights, enabling our senior leadership team to make informed decisions. We need a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who excels both independently and as part of a team.   Please note: This is an on site position located in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.   Responsibilities
  • Use data modelling techniques to identify operational improvements.
  • Formulate strategies for business enhancement based on thorough research.
  • Advocate for the benefits of new technology or strategies to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate solutions, assessing risks, benefits, and impacts.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using complex datasets.
  • Support internal business reviews and fulfil data analysis requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot data source issues.
  • Handle dashboard and tooling maintenance independently.
  • Support the development and launch of tooling projects.
  • Foster effective collaboration with team members and partners.
  • Assist with other projects and activities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Data, Business, or a relevant discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with relational databases.
  • Expertise in data management and validation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional partnership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau Prep, or Python is a plus.
