Your job will be to

• Lead the technical aspects of the solution design, manage and coordinate the other members of the GoodData team across consulting, product, sales, support, and training. Design and implement BI solutions and analytic applications for accessing and analyzing data.

• Interface directly with customers during project implementations, and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers. Communicating with customers from the US market.

• Participate in analysis of business and functional requirements (product strategy, roadmap of reporting, requirements, workflows, roles and target personas); with the objective of finding out how analytics & reporting solutions can support customer business goals. 

• Own and deliver a portfolio of BI projects, ensuring successful client implementations from kick-off to close.  Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. 

• Manages the team resources, capacity and workload to ensure dedicated projects are adequately resourced.

• Working with sales in developing and implementing project scope, schedules and cost estimates.

About you

• Proven track record of building and deploying scalable BI solutions.  Strong technical skills with the ability to rapidly learn technical skills relevant to GoodData implementations. Very good knowledge of modern data stack, SQL, and ability to design data pipelines (ETL processes).

• IT consulting skills and experience, ability to set and manage customer expectations, and to negotiate appropriate resolutions to issues.

• At least 5 years of recent experience building solutions in the DWH/BI domain.

• At least 2 years of recent experience in leading the DWH/BI delivery team.

• Self-directed with the ability to work simultaneous engagements with minimal supervision.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
