Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, flexible, and enthusiastic Scrum Master and Power BI expert to spearhead our Deployment Team’s planning and agile manifesto. Our team is responsible for the deployment of the Source to Pay component based on S/4 HANA and Cloud products to Bosch units worldwide.As the Lead Scrum Master, you will be responsible for establishing the Agile manifesto within the team of nearly 60 associates along with the project scrum masters, while setting up, maintaining the JIRA board for all projects and following up with the associates.As the Power BI expert, you will be responsible for designing and updating the Power BI board to indicate the project timelines, resource planning and other project details.You will have a strong knowledge of agile principles and the ability to create highly effective Project overview boards to ensure optimal output for the deployment of projects.

Qualifications

Any Graduate3-5 years of relevant work expereince

Additional Information

• Certified Scrum Master or in-depth experience as Scrum Master for minimum 1 year, managing agile teams and bringing an Agile mindset into teams
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Power BI
• Strong interest and experience in Automation tools for Project management topics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proven track record of supporting management of high-performance teams
• Flexibility to adapt to varying requirements and support teams in different time zones
