ABOUT THE ROLE:

To support Kontoor Brands’ phase 2 sourcing applications implementation for Europe market with data maintenance and end user systems support. Successful applicant will acquire significant technical knowledge and experience in sourcing applications usage and process flow, systems support and customer service skills thru on the job training, while contributing to the success in delivering state of the art information management platform to support future business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to: 

• Perform master data maintenance in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in SAP S4 and NGC e-SPS purchase order systems.
• Compile purchase order and master data in Excel spreadsheet for uploading to purchase order systems.
• Ensure service requests are acknowledged and completed according to service level agreement.
• Communicate with internal IT team or external vendors to address system issues.
• Generate operational and analysis reports for user and management review.
• Participate in end-user training for various business systems.
• Carry out system testing/user acceptance testing and document testing results.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Key Area of Responsibility :

• SAP S4 PR to PO conversion
• SAP PO maintenance
• NGC PO data maintenance

• Strong sense of responsibilities.
• Willing to learn and can adapt to new technologies within short period.
• Good time-management skill with ability to complete assigned tasks on time with good quality.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word and Access.
• Experience in sourcing and ERP systems will be an advantage.
