The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

►You’ll  work as key member of a cross-functional team to build outstanding technical product portfolio during entire product life cycle
► You’ll maintain and update database, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data (Coverage, FAS, Debbie)
►You’ll analyze complex datasets, to identify trends, patterns and anomalies
►You’ll create, collect, structure product and vehicle relevant info's in order to collect relevant data for EU and AF market 
►You’ll support global development team and coordinate new developments and solutions related to data structure, coverage and cross-references
►You’ll lead digitalization projects
►You’ll drive continual improvement of data quality, take initiatives and proposals for improvements 
►You’ll create reports, follow up and presentation of process KPIs

Qualifications

► You have Bachelor or Master degree in area of Business management, Economics, IT or similar
► You have logic and systematic thinking
► Proven experience in data analysis
► Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI and other data manipulation tools would be plus
►Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
► Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global environment
►Excellent communication and presentation abilities 
►You have fluent and effective verbal and written communication in English
