Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI/ML Developer with cloud expertise to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying generative models, such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) or VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and leveraging cloud platforms to bring these solutions to scale. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to design, build, and maintain innovative AI-driven applications that push the boundaries of what's possible in content generation, data synthesis, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement generative models for various AI-driven applications, including but not limited to text, image, and audio content generation.
• Deploy and manage AI models on cloud platforms, ensuring efficient scaling, performance optimization, and security.
• Work closely with data scientists and other developers to integrate AI solutions into broader systems and applications.
• Continuously research and apply the latest techniques in generative AI and machine learning to improve model performance and capabilities.
• Optimize data pipelines and model training processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design APIs and microservices for the deployment of generative models in production environments.
• Document and communicate technical designs, research findings, and product enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a specific focus on generative models.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with generative algorithms (GANs, VAEs, etc.).
• Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including familiarity with AI/ML libraries and tools.
• Knowledge of data science and analytics, including experience with data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization tools.
• Experience with Big Data tools - Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure HDInsight, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Cosmos DB or its equivalent in AWS/GCP/OpenSource (Apache tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, HBase, Cassandra, NiFi, Storm etc.)
• Experience with GenAI tools & models, such ChatGPT, GPT-3, GPT-4, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Whisper.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, DevSecOps (build, continuous integration, deployment tools, security scans in the pipeline).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive innovation.
