What you'll do

• Responsible for innovation in the tools and data available to drive better insight into our Global Product Team and operator partners.

• Lead a small team of experimental data engineers, continually exploring better, quicker and more innovative ways to improve our Global Product data capability.

• Partner with our Global Data Platform & Operator Data teams to identify and implement data solutions to key challenges in providing a world leading data capability for our EntertainmentOS products.

• Research and identify the best data visualisation tools available to meet the varying needs of data users across the Global Product and operator teams, and work with our data platform owners to implement them.

• Ensure the key business reporting is in place all EntertainmentOS products across the globe, creating a shared set of insight resources to drive global product understanding and improvement.

• Lead cross-organisational projects to deliver new data solutions

• A knowledgeable and inspiring leader, able to foster a culture of innovation, test, trial and learning

• Experience in managing a team of engineers, and able to demonstrate experience in developing team members’ technical and soft skills

• Experience working with product or digital usage and technical performance data.

 The Product Effectiveness team is at the heart of continuous customer experience improvement for our Global EntertainmentOS products, through empowering our global product team with world leading experience analytics and monitoring. The Data Product Innovation Manager is a key role responsible for that culture of continuous improvement, driving the experimentation with and release of new data capability and tools alongside our data platform partners
