Data Analytics Architect

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Data Analytics Architect to join our Big Data and Analytics Consulting Unit team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the definition of technical Architecture under the domain of modern Data and Analytics projects and the support of proposals for project requests and presales funnel activities.

• Perform Technical requirements and specifications Analysis corresponding to Data domains.
• Support the tendering process by managing the overall design and architecture of the proposal, including research, meetings with technical and solution teams and respective technical response documentation.
• Support domain-oriented sales, presales and advisory funnel by conducting studies and performing presentations, demos and PoCs.
• Assist the business stakeholders in prioritization and phasing of requirements Liaison between business and technical departments.
• Obtain and maintain a continuous competence build-up, via certifications in relevant fields of expertise.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or other equivalent discipline from a Greek or foreign institution, respective Msc or PhD in relevant domains is considered as a plus.
• Possess knowledge for the required Data domains of: (1) Analytics, (2) Data Warehouse and (3) Big Data and (4) Data Science.
• Minimum 3 years experience in presales, or equivalent role of at least 5 years of experience in related data domain.
• Proven experience with on-premise or cloud-based data solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud etc).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies (e.g. IT Systems), Platforms (e.g. Middleware) and Database Systems (e.g. RDBMS/NoSQL).
• Ability to design solutions incorporating principles like Data Modeling, Data Management, ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Quality.
• Knowledge of Data Science principles and frameworks.
• Ability to design Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Able to design robust and cost effective solutions, leveraging data frameworks, scalable data stores, or any other modern Data processing framework under the landscape of Cloud.
• Experience of working on local and international projects with remote customers and stakeholders.

• Presentation skills are considered as a must; effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong understanding of how to apply technology for business benefit and vice versa

• Exceptional verbal and written communication problem solving and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent use of English language (verbal & written).

Experience on any of the below will be considered an asset:

• Analytics (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive) experience.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning principles.
• Certifications in TOGAF or any other Vendor related to Data technologies.
