Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Analytics Engineer, who will  play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and infrastructure. Your expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, marketing attribution, dbt implementation, and Git will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive insights and make informed decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll design and implement efficient data pipelines, ensure data quality, and optimize data processing for advanced analytics and business intelligence.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• You’ll design, develop, and maintain efficient data architecture and infrastructure for seamless data collection, storage, and processing.
• You’ll implement and optimize data pipelines, enabling smooth data flow from diverse sources to data repositories.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable and secure data models that meet data requirements.
• You’ll establish and maintain data governance and security protocols, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• You’ll collaborate with the analytics team to develop impactful KPI dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on data needs.
• You’ll work closely with marketing teams to integrate and analyze marketing attribution data for effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
• You’ll proactively monitor data quality, address issues, and implement data validation processes.
• You’ll stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance our data infrastructure.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Strong data engineering skills, including expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
• High proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and database management tasks, such as table creation, index definition, and access permission management.
• Experience with at least one programming language like Python, Java, or Scala for scripting and data processing.
• Experience with the modern data stack (tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Airflow, github and command line-based workflows) and a hunger to work in that domain
• You understand the importance of data modeling and have knowledge of star schemas
• Understanding of marketing attribution data and its integration into data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable data solutions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and conveying complex ideas.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Preferable experience with Metabase and Clickhouse.
• Preferable experience with machine learning and automation techniques for data analysis and prediction.
• Ideally familiarity with Web3 technology and the gaming industry.
