The Role
The OpenData product team is looking for an experienced data analyst who will automate the collection, cleaning, transformation, and integration of data sources, as well as create data maintenance processes. This is a great opportunity for hard-working, natural problem-solvers who want to work with others in a dynamic, agile work environment.

What You'll Do

• Work with product managers to understand the requirements for data collection and maintenance activities and translate them into designs and achievable tasks
• Automate the collection of publicly available data
• Develop pipelines to clean, transform, and load data into Veeva systems
• Develop processes to clean data
• Prepare documentation of processes developed

Requirements

• 1+ years experience working as a data analyst or data engineer
• Experience in building high-quality ETL pipelines using modern technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, AWS Glue)
• Proficient in:
• SQL
• Python
• Data processing libraries and tools
• Good communication skills, especially the ability to clearly explain complex data concepts to non-experts
• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into well-designed and maintainable processes
• Team player with the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and consideration
• Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and an ability to think creatively

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with:
• Linux scripts and command-line tools
• Git version control
• HTML, JavaScript, DOM, XPath Selectors
