Job Summary
As a Staff Product Manager for our resilient agriculture platform, you’d work on solutions that enable our platform to deliver high-quality scientific data to support our customers and their path to hitting their sustainability goals. This includes working on the data generation pipelines and APIs that expose our environmental and data science models as valuable platform products.
This person would report to the VP of Product. This role is remote and this person will work closely with Regrowers and customers across the globe, with a concentration in the US.

What You Will Do

• Platform Solution Shaping, Roadmapping and Execution
• Partner with other Regrow PMs, such as those working on our MRV or Sustainability Insights web apps, to craft platform solutions and a roadmap that supports their goals
• Lead an engineering squad to ship platform changes in line with the roadmap
• Customer / User Relationships
• Support customers, users and Regrowers with platform questions or operational needs
• Engage with external partners who support our customers via platform integrations

Your Background

• We are looking for any combination of the following:
• Building API products that customers integrate with, especially enterprise customers
• Automating large scale data generation pipelines
• Working on agtech platforms, especially those using remote sensing data or soil or process modeling technologies
• Working remotely at a startup, especially during the Series A or B scaleup phase
