Specialist Master Data Management

Responsibilities

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

• Able to read and understand high quality source code in MD applications/workflows
• Maintains system tables, variants
• Leads and implements change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
• Gatekeeping and channeling between operations and IT
• Escalation of system concerns, monitoring and resolution of system errors and system interface
• Timely resolution and communication of issue status
• Supports and implements Process Improvements, focus on standardization
• Ideation for (cross-functional) project pipeline
• Manages independently projects and M&A’s within relevant area
• Identify change management opportunities and options within MD
• Manages business change process benefits realization activities  (M&As)
• Provides consulting in support of business during M&A's and project on Celanese data standards
• Actively champions data management projects and initiatives
• Solution discovery and analysis
• Drives process change activities
• Performs detailed testing for MD solutions and coordinates related testing activities
• Partners with data owners and MD governance participants  to ensure  master data integrity across  systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements

Qualifications

• Deep end-to-end understanding of all MD processes
• Power BI, SQL knowledge
• Perform complex issue resolution
• Able to track, report and understand of metrics of own area
• Excellent business communication skills in English both written and oral
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Innovative, out of box thinker who is able to work in fast-paced, changing environment and  ability to successfully interact and communicate to all levels of an organization
• Alteryx experience is an advantage
