Join us at our global headquarters in Singapore as the Senior Manager for Data Science, where you'll lead a talented team of data science professionals. As Senior Manager for Data Science, your primary focus will be driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven strategies.  

You'll lead with confidence, leveraging your strong background in data science. You'll guide the evolution of our cutting-edge AI/ML models, making sure they're seamlessly integrated and exploring new frontiers in AI to enhance decision-making. Your data science leadership will shine as you oversee the development and operation of our statistical forecast models, team shaping and vendor proofs-of-concept.

About the role 

• Lead a dynamic data science team in revolutionizing supply chain operations through advanced data science, cloud-based technologies. Implement sophisticated data-driven solutions to optimize processes, automate tasks, and drive measurable business outcomes. 

• Design and manage an advanced cloud-based data science platform to support supply chain operations. Implement machine learning directly into core functions, empowering teams to prioritize important tasks as the system learns and improves. 

• Forge strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to integrate machine learning into supply chain operations. Collaborate closely with sales, demand planning, supply and production planning, and procurement teams to enhance their KPI metrics through data-driven insights. 

• Spearhead AI initiatives for supply chain enhancement. Ensure seamless integration and stay ahead in tech trends for innovation and efficiency gains. 

• Maintain data quality, security, and privacy standards while integrating machine learning into supply chain operations. Proactively improve efficiency and accuracy through smart data science strategies. 

About you 

• Supply chain management, mathematics, statistics, quantitative and non-quantitative techniques practitioner. 

• 5-7 years’ work experience in consumer electronics businesses that has gone through successful large scale data science-oriented digital transformation. 

• Good understanding of the sales & demand forecasting, statistical forecasting, and supply chain processes. 

• Solid leader, expert problem solver, and Agile ways of working.
