Senior Machine Learning Operations (ML/Ops) Engineer

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Operations (ML/Ops) Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves a unique blend of machine learning expertise, software development skills, and operational acumen. You'll be at the forefront of deploying, monitoring, and managing our machine learning models in production, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and deliver real-time insights to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to support the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Collaborate closely with our software engineering team to integrate machine learning models into our SaaS platform, enhancing its capabilities and performance.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure fast, reliable, and automated deployment processes.
• Monitor model performance and data quality, swiftly identifying and resolving issues to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
• Lead the charge in advocating for and implementing best practices in ML/Ops, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar ML/Ops, DevOps, or software engineering role, with a strong focus on machine learning model deployment and management.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience in operationalizing machine learning models at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
