Job Title - Data Science - Banking/Insurance

Exp - 15 yrs

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of financial services operations, including AML and fraud detection processes

- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in AML and fraud prevention

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation, capable of identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets
