We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor who can provide insights and recommendations to support our people strategy and enhance our Employee and Manager experience. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and presenting HR data from various sources, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources, such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, and external benchmarks
  • Perform descriptive, inferential, and predictive analysis using appropriate statistical methods and tools
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key HR metrics and trends
  • Identify and interpret patterns and correlations in complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Present and explain findings and recommendations to HR managers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support data-related projects and initiatives
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security and comply with data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
  • Analyze competitor’s practices and make recommendations to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Management / Computer Science (Post Graduation is a plus)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in HR or related domain
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques, such as regression, hypothesis testing, and data mining
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Curiosity and passion for learning and discovering new insights from data

Location : Hyderabad

Shift Timings : 11AM to 8PM IST/8:30AM to 5:30PM
