Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Custom GPT Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for training AI models, specifically focusing on creating custom Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPTs). You will work closely with our team to understand the specific requirements outlined in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and translate them into effective AI models.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SOPs to understand and interpret the requirements for custom GPT development.
• Train and fine-tune GPT models according to the specified parameters and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between AI capabilities and business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve GPT performance through iterative development and testing.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in AI and machine learning.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven experience in training and developing AI models, with a focus on GPTs.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
