Your Role at Cabot

This is a unique opportunity to join NA Data management Team that helps Cabot ensure that the Master data files are complete and kept up to date. You will be part of an important team that helps Cabot gain efficiency in daily activities while ensuring compliance with the highest internal controls.

 

This role has a major impact on quality, speed and accuracy of order processing, invoicing and Customer satisfaction.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Maintain our customer, sales price, finished product, raw material, supplier and employee data in the master file of our ERP.
  • Invoice shipped orders daily and credit customers when needed for the EMEA region, including invoice/credit note distribution to our customers with drive to fulfill our department KPIs.
  • Solve set ups and errors that come in email requests from other departments.
  • Calculate on the regular basis the commissions due to our agents and the rebates gained by our customers.
  • Act in respect of legal regulations and internal rules striving for continuous improvement.

Additional Information

  • Salary: 1300 - 1450 EUR GROSS.
  • Working Hours: 11:00 - 19:30.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Monthly allowance and yearly bonus.
  • Health insurance from first day of work.
  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days work from home)
