FE fundinfo is a global leader in investment fund data and technology. By making our industry Better Connected and Better Informed, we support investment decisions worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Białystok, Poland as a Junior Data Analyst.

Our Operations team is crucial to the success of our industry-renowned customer service function; this function is vital in enabling our clients to achieve their business goals. As the largest team in our company, Operations works across every area of the business in varying roles, from data and product experts to customer service specialists. Your role will involve working with fund information to help power our products and client deliveries.

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Data Analyst will include:

  • You will be tasked with sourcing European mutual fund data, ensuring we have access to the latest and most relevant information to support investment decisions
  • You should ensure accurate and timely entry of this data into our internal database
  • You must engage with European fund groups via email, facilitating seamless communication channels
  • You will monitor data input diligently, upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality services and products to our clients
  • You must proactively resolve client queries, demonstrating exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • You should collaborate with other teams located in Europe, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment

To join us as a Junior Data Analyst you will need the following skills and experience:

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • You must be motivated, with attention to detail and an aptitude for accuracy
  • You should be able to work to deadlines and targets, while consistently delivering high-quality work
  • You have strong listening, communication, and analytical skills
  • You should be a good team player, contributing positively to collaborative efforts
  • You can quickly grasp new tasks and have a desire to learn new concepts
  • A grasp of the investment industry and financial services is beneficial, though not essential
  • Knowledge of Python and VBA is seen as a plus
