We are looking for you as our DVP Head of Business Intelligence within our Group Controlling Team for our location in Rümlang.

A job that matters: your tasks

• As the Head of Business Intelligence, you are responsible with your team for the further development of our global internal management information system (MIS) to support sound financial decision-making processes.
• You lead the BI competence center and work as a functional leader closely with the business power user, IT and the shared service centers to further improve the financial steering of the business.
• You provide financial relevant concurrent and predictive information using business intelligence, analytics, planning, and forecasting tools.
• You support a performance measurement culture by defining, develop and globally roll-out a system of financial key performance as part of dormakaba’s management information system to meet the business requirements of global and local senior managers.
• You work with senior manager stakeholders in Group functions, Global functions, and Group IT.
• You are responsible for closely monitor and support for the design and implementation of the financial relevant ERP modules by providing global guidance E2E business processes to ensure efficient and reliable data collection and analysis.
• You further develop SAP analytics clouds as the global self-service reporting platform of dormakaba in close collaboration with the GPO Finance and the overall Recite program.
• You cooperate with the IT department to implement, maintain and develop the concepts of the data warehouse and performance management system in an IT environment.

An experience that matters: your skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, IT or data management
• You have several years of experience in a similar management position in a multinational company. At least 10 years in an accounting, performance management reporting or planning function.
• You have profound understanding of controlling concepts, tools and methods supporting value-based management and controlling.
• You are experienced with SAP FI/CO, SAP Analytics Clouds, Business warehouse and other analytical tools.
• You are experienced in managing international projects in a culturally diverse environment and therefore you own strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English. Further languages as German are welcome.
