Summary of Role:
SunPower is seeking for a Senior Customer Care Data Analyst who has a passion in technology and is keen to leverage existing skills while trying new approaches by designing, implementing, and supporting automated data analytics and insight solutions to the business. A Senior Data Analyst is responsible in building data models and visual dashboards on customer and operation's data enabling the teams to deliver the highest level of customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Create and publish interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
• Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Continuously monitor and optimize performance.
• Enable SunPower Corporation management to make informed, data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights.
• Document technical details at work.
• Constantly pursuing exceptional results that help win in the stakeholders.
• Encourage diverse identities, backgrounds, talent, and perspectives.
• Work with all team members, and across teams, to integrate perspectives and encourage contributions.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related fields.
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis or data engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Mastery in data visualization with PowerBI/SQL/MS EXCEL.
• Experience in Python data analysis and visualization packages (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
• Experience with Machine Learning in Python - Classification, Clustering, Regression, Time Series and Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven and uncompromisingly detail-oriented.
• Ability to own and deliver projects and compile information into unified reports.
• Ability to see the big picture and the demonstration of strong business intuition.
• Ability to translate complex data sets and research into simple business recommendations.
• Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• This is an FTE position
• Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
• Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
• Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
• Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
• Candidate will be on flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote work) (if applicable depending on the nature of the job)
• Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
