Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our AI/ML team. As an AI/ML Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the performance of our large language models (LLMs)-based applications we are developing . Your primary responsibility will involve ranking the textual outputs of LLMs to gauge their alignment with the ideal response, in addition to fulfilling various quality assurance tasks. This role requires a unique combination of technical acumen, analytical skills, and a profound interest in the nuances of language models. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest benchmarks of accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction. 

Qualifications

• Understanding of data analysis with a high degree of attention to detail
• Basic experience with Python and SQL
• Understanding of Machine Learning models and Large Language models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
