The HEINEKEN E-Business team is where product teams, Global Sales, Digital & Technology, as well as our Operating Companies work together in an agile way, break through classical silos and adopt new ways of working.

Your role at HEINEKEN as the Data Manager, your role involves collaborating with engineering teams to enhance data management practices throughout the software development lifecycle in our E-Business landscape, contributing to HEINEKEN International’s Evergreen strategy. You will work directly with the Product Owner(s) and Product Architect(s), understanding the business needs and helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall data standards and roadmaps.

The role sits within Digital & Technology as part of the E-Business team and will report directly to the Senior Technology Manager Data & Integrations.

Your responsibilities would include:

• managing senior stakeholders across global & local technology teams
• collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-related requirements and initiatives
• collaborating with engineering teams to implement data management best practices and principles across the software development lifecycle
• integrating data quality check and validation practices into the engineering workflow to ensure high-quality data inputs and outputs
• designing automated data pipelines to streamline data processing and deployment processes.
• providing guidance and support to engineering teams on data modeling techniques and standards to promote consistency and efficiency
• working closely with DevOps team, Product Owners and Global Data teams to incorporate data management practices into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning processes
• monitoring and optimize data processes for performance, reliability, and scalability
• ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements in data handling and storage practices
• facilitating knowledge sharing sessions and training programs to educate engineering teams on data management best practices and tools
• staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data management and engineering practices.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• proven Experience in implementing commerce-based end to end data lifecycle
• understanding Data Governance Platforms: Tools such as Collibra, Atacama where organizations manage data quality, compliance, and security across the enterprise
• growth mindset and passion to explore new technologies & solutions
• good understanding of integration technologies (APIs, Dell Boomi, Solace, etc.)
• experience using and managing data visualization tools – such as PowerBI
• fluent English writing and speaking skills
• understanding SAP Sales and Logistics processes.

You are perfect match if you also have:

• good programming skills - SQL, Python
• FMCG industry experience.
