In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

Requirements

1. Monitoring Operations: Monitoring the flow of Orders, information, and Performance of All

BU’s. This involves keeping track of inventory levels, Logistics Performance, and production

schedules.

2. Monitor Escalations: End to End process flow of Customer escalation pendency with both

Factories and resolve the escalations timely as per KPIs.

3. Coordination: Coordinating activities among different departments within the organization to

ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products to Customers.

*Work on RCAs and identify the issues causing the escalations.

*Monitor and Track All Input KPIs like Inventory, Pendency Orders flow & Timely give insight if

any KPI is not on Track for all LKs Factories.

*Interact with all Key stakeholders to understand the key issue to take timely decisions.

*Keep working on RCA closely with respective stake holder and improve the performances.

*Coordinate with Tech and Analytics team for all Plant requirements and Timely resolutions of

Issues as per TATs.

*Coordinate and bridge gaps between BU’s and align towards business goals.

4. Performance Metrics: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure

the performance of the supply chain, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost

savings, and using this data to drive improvements.

5. Technology Utilization: Leveraging technology solutions such data analytics tools, and

automation systems to streamline operations, improve visibility, and enhance decision-

making.

Must-have skills/technologies:
 Strong mathematical skills and be able to effectively analyze data sets
 Experience in working on High volume of Data
 Expertise in MS office and prior advance excel skills
 Should have handled a team in past roles/ manage a team.
 Extrovert and very good communication skills
