This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: 

RingCentral is looking for an individual who has the primary responsibility to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business. This individual will provide support and develop project reports and dashboards for business users using our analytics platform. They will also elicit, analyze, validate, and manage the requirements of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with the product manager and/or project sponsor to document the project’s business requirements. 

• Prepare technical documents based on business requirements. 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to analytics and business platforms. 

• Create and maintain performance dashboards for operations and executive users. 

• Analyze data and provide insight on how we can increase productivity and efficiency within different processes. 

Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, MIS or related field and equivalent practical experience. 

• 3+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development. 

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or comparable role. 

• Fast learner with ability to self-teach and dig through documentation. 

• Strong analytical skills. 

• Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge. 

• Experience in using Analytics Platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to do analysis and visualization for end users.
