We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our team.

The Junior Data Analyst supports our data-driven decision-making processes across the organisation. This entry-level role involves analysing diverse data sets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. You'll work on a variety of projects that can impact different areas of our clients' projects and our internal business.

Responsibilities

  • Wrangling data from various sources into usable and accessible formats.
  • Analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, correlations, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Reporting on findings in a clear and actionable way to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and tools.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with SQL and experience querying databases.
  • Experience in visualising data.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gain insight from complex datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with at least one analytical programming language (R, Python, MATLAB etc.).
  • A keen interest in how data analysis can drive improvements across various domains.
  • Bonus - Experience with unstructured data storage.
  • Bonus - A degree in a numerical subject or a data-related field (statistics, computer science, etc.).
