Job Description

As the Senior Web Data Analyst of our digital analytics realm, you will be responsible for executing new and on-going analytical projects and initiatives required to deliver business results, helping develop our web analytics and reporting roadmap with cross-functional team’s inputs and driving team priorities, creating and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports, analyzing trends, presenting findings, and recommending improvement, managing and maintaining of some of our basic analytics tools, including Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel models.

What you'll be doing:

Analytics Reporting

• Provides data, insights and strategies in assessing business/website performance, support other teams to make business decisions and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Develops standardized dashboards and reports for routine analysis and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Works collaboratively with Data Insights, marketing and technical teams to problem solve and develop requirements for data tools & reporting.

Tools Development and Maintenance

• Manages and maintains some basic analytics tools, including Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Excel models.
• Helps research and anticipates new and future demands related to reporting software and best practices to ensure that the team is staying up to date with current trends.

Internal Systems and Processes

• Accountable for specific short-term projects and areas of responsibility. Ensure high-quality results are delivered.
• Identifies and capitalizes on improvement opportunities for various analytics systems and processes.
• Leads in documentation of knowledge systems and processes for team reference in an organized manner.

Career Development

• Helps create, plan, and set team goals, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Coaches and mentors junior team members.

Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any other related quantitative course
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience in performing various functional units of the Data Analytics team covering Data Administration, Learning and Development, Report Development, Business Intelligence Tools, Data Analysis and Audit Project Lead.
• Must have expertise in PowerBI or Tableau or other data visualization tools and have experience with SQL, Big Query, RegEx, or Python.
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query, Macros, and VBA.
• Must have excellent analytical skills, extensive experience in using data to provide recommendations and actionable insights, and a strong understanding of the eCommerce retail environment.

Location: The Senior Web Data Analyst position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.

Our must-haves:

• Must be open to joining some face-to-face gatherings, like our monthly functional meetings and quarterly teamwide events.
• Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.
• Must have a fast, reliable DSL, Fiber or Broadband connection (not mobile or broadband stick) as the primary internet connection with a minimum actual speed of 10MBPS.
• Must have a back-up internet connection of the same speed, if primary connection becomes spotty.

Status: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

Hardware Provision: Company-issued Laptop will be provided on first day.
