Your new job includes

Take our data strategy to the next level. You will play a central role in the development and improvement of our data-driven decision-making. With your support, we optimize our marketing approaches through precise data analysis and interpretation.
In particular, you will

• develop and continuously improve a data-driven decision-making strategy
• strategically select, procure, provide and analyze data to generate insights to optimize marketing activities 
• create in-depth analysis and reporting concepts, such as customer journey and target group analyses, which enable the handover to the operational business
• identify new data sources and ensure their quality
• conduct internal training/workshops to demonstrate the high potential of data for business purposes
• develop and present action-oriented recommendations for management based on requirement-specific ad hoc and regular standard analyses
• ensure the use of data in the individual departments and provide advice

Preferred Profile

• Completed studies in the field of (preferably with an analytical focus) business administration, economics, business informatics, statistics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in data management/data analysis 
• Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills
• Very good knowledge of database systems (technical know-how)
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work independently and strong problem-solving skills 
• Comprehensive skills in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
