ClickUp is looking for a motivated Senior Data Analyst with expertise in problem solving and data visualization to join our high-performing Data team in the Growth organization. We are building a world class Growth organization at ClickUp with the goal to make a significant impact on the company's already rapid global growth.

The Data team at ClickUp is made up of data analysts, engineers, and scientists who are strategic business partners inside of the larger Growth organization. You will collaborate with the data team members to answer complex business problems.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be creating compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into our business operations and growth initiatives. Your goal will be to arm stakeholders with the data analysis and reporting needed to make important investment and growth decisions.

Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely will be critical in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role will be a part of an India based analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from the Growth & Data teams to support strategic decision-making with data-driven analyses.
• Develop and maintain dashboards by writing custom SQL queries that empower teams and provide actionable insights.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business goals, ensuring reporting accuracy and relevance.
• Ability to structure and analyze data leveraging techniques like Cohort analysis, Funnel analysis.
• Hands-on experience working with large scale structured, semi structured and unstructured data and various approaches to preprocess/cleanse data, dimensionality reduction, etc.
• Translate quantitative analyses and complex questions into digestible reporting for the larger organization.
• Extract meaningful insights from subscription, product, and user behavioral data to enhance understanding of customer behavior and trends.
• Develop and maintain well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers.
• ClickUp Data Stack: Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Eppo, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, AWS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a technical field such as Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Stats, etc.
• 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar profession).
• Exceptional experience in SQL.
• Proficiency in Tableau software (or similar BI tool).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Desirable

• Project management skills.
• Basic understanding of Python.
• Basic working knowledge of statistics and techniques like regression, segmentation and A/B testing
• Basic understanding of DBT and Git.
