We are seeking a skilled production systems data analyst to join our team. As a production systems data analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting large datasets related to our production processes, primarily by extracting data from our ERP and Redzone software applications. The systems data analyst will also customize and configure the ERP software based on company requirements, test and maintain these changes, and monitor the system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the company. You will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and insights to help optimize our production operations and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals. Responsibilities

·       In collaboration with site leaders, support the data analysis requirements of the manufacturing facilities.

·       Be a subject matter expert in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Redzone software applications.

·       Conduct user training sessions to ensure proper utilization and plant level expertise of the ERP and Redzone Applications.

·       Collaborate with plant management to identify system requirements and develop system enhancements.

·       Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations based on ERP systems analyses.

·       Collect, organize, and analyze production data from various sources.

·       Create and maintain databases to store production data.

·       Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide manufacturing processes.

·       Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights.

·       Identify trends and patterns in production, quality, and maintenance data to uncover opportunities for improvement.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving production, quality, and maintenance processes.

·       Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

·       Ensure all facilities maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks using the existing CMMS.

·       Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

·       Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and production optimization.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Operations, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

·       Five years experience in a food manufacturing environment.

·       Ability to travel 50% - 75%

·       Proficiency in manufacturing software and systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material requirements planning (MRP), and Redzone

·       Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.

·       Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production concepts.

·       Proficient in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.

·       Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
