Data Analyst Internship (m/f) 

 

Bayer Healthcare Manufacturing is looking for a passionate and motivated candidate, for an internship of 6 months, as Data Analyst in the SCM Materials Management department for the manufacturing site located in Garbagnate Milanese.

He/she will support process improvements initiatives in Materials Management department through analytics, data visualization and process automation.

 

 

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Assist in finding digital solutions to enable material managements processes and activities
• Support in data analysis to optimize timing and costing of materials delivery
• Collaborate in process automation through digital tools as MS Power Automate and MS Excel macros
• Provide help in data collection, cleansing and modeling ensuring sustainable governance and standardization
• Prepare data processing and analysis using standard tools as MS Excel and programming languages (Python, R)
• Support in design and implement dashboards using Business Intelligence tools as MS Power BI and Tableau, for monthly reviews of KPIs.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or similar fields
• Basic knowledge of materials management processes will be considered a plus
• Good analytical skills for data processing and propension to digital innovation and problem solving
• Advanced knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Power point)
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), basic programming language knowledge (Python, R) and SAP P2A and P2R will be considered a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage priorities
• Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and Italian mother tongue
