Data Engineer

Join us as Data Engineer and you will be responsible for supporting Omnichannel (OC) Analytics & Insights Lead by generating insightful patterns on customer behaviour that improve customer engagement. D

Roles & Responsibilities

 1. Leverage data processing techniques to empower Omnichannel Analytics in defining and measuring channel activation opportunities.

2. Develop scalable & automated algorithms to monitor and analyze Omnichannel performance.

3. Implement data governance processes in accordance with the local/regional standards and perform regular audit to ensure data reliability

4. Develop data selection criteria, aggregation requirement, and measurement definitions.

5. Develop business and technical metadata and lineage for assigned data source.

6. Identify and support in defining and facilitating root-cause analysis and data quality remediation plans.

7. Implement data quality business rules and corresponding data quality Index in alignment with business needs.

Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, or IT, 3+ years of experience, preferably in data analytics, data engineering, or data science.
• Experience in developing automated processes / models, with machine learning as a solution.
• Experience in Big Data analytics.
• Hands-on implementation experience. in programming/scripting language like SQL, Python, PySpark, etc.
• Working experience and strong knowledge of Azure data lake.
• Experience in business impact analysis and data lifecycle management.
• Experience in building metadata and managing accesses and execution of data quality process.
• Efficient reporting and tracking mechanism.
