Sr. Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded senior business analyst. Working as a member of our business analytics team, you will be in charge of providing end-to end data & analytics support to our growing Vimeo Enterprise business. You will own our tracking & reporting of sales-assisted demand generation vertical, and will coordinate cross-functionally to make sure that our data collection practices are sufficient to our needs. In addition you will pave the route of our demand gen data analytics strategy and areas of focus in order to expand and improve our impact and coverage. 

What you'll do:

• Own the entire data infrastructure, analytics & reporting in the demand gen area of the business from beginning to end.
• Leverage advanced analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales-assisted demand generation campaigns.
• Shape and create Salesforce-based object pipelines, ensuring accurate and actionable data for decision-making.
• Drive and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives in order to enable data standardization, increase data consumption and boost data-driven decision making.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and pipeline metrics to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain user-friendly and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations in order to enable day-to-day and strategic data-driven decision making.
• Foster a relationship of trust and cooperation with the stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
• A sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end. 
• Best analytical mind in town - Proficient in interpreting complex datasets, extracting valuable insights for informed decision-making. Skilled in identifying patterns and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions. Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and stays current with evolving data analysis methodologies.
• 5+  years of experience as a data analyst. Previous experience with Salesforce data structures - a major advantage.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm - an advantage.
• Able to independently manage relationships with senior exec stakeholders. Collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to be assertive and push back when needed.
• High proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background.
