YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an outstanding Data Analyst (Tableau) who wants to take their career to the next level to join our Technology and Operations Data Systems team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in advancing our Tableau capabilities across all IAG Tableau users and developers. Your responsibilities will involve driving, developing, and delivering Tableau solutions, with a particular focus on achieving excellence in dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability. A key focus will be promoting, supporting, documenting and implementing Tableau's best practices for IAG to uphold high standards. You will be a driving force to elevate a Tableau and visualisation centre of excellence to roll out best practices and drive the standardisation of the Tableau practices throughout the organisation for optimal Tableau performance.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role is open for Sydney or Melbourne and working on a hybrid model.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Tableau) who is self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow and as many as the following experience:

• 2- 4 years experience in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• Capability to deliver optimised Tableau dashboards with best practices.
• Understanding of competencies associated with Data risk.
• Ability to work within a high-performing agile team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Tableau desktop certification will be highly regarded.
