Requirements : 

Minimum S1 in Accounting/ Finance/ Other Business/ Related Fields major

GPA minimum 2.75

Minimum 2 years experience in Data Analytics

Responsibilities: 

- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets then presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools like Microsoft Excel, SAS, ThoughtSpot and others with the purpose for decisio -Accountable and responsible for creating systemized and automated reports including importing, cleaning and processed from raw data for regular use of decision- making purposes or business analysis as per business requirement from various department. - Responsible for creating analysis and answering any queries from various department across PAN Indonesia that facilitates clear and timely decision making, actively mining data from our databases predict short-term and long-term trends. - Responsible for supporting OSM with finance strategy and controller in order to conduct financial simulation for target setting process. -Appointed as administrator for finance related to SOP, Policy, WIN and other documents in Trakindo portal. - Responsible for updating current status of the finance strategic initiatives (PMO update) including follow up to the project owners of initiative progress. -Ensures SH and E, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly. - Responsible for helping finance strategy and controller manager in developing systems and procedures within finance strategy and controller portfolio. - Responsible for helping finance strategy and controller manager in cascading down the finance strategy plan, finance KPI's and targets to all level in the organization. - Responsible for applying an analytical approach to support decisions making, cost analysis, investment analysis, and other data-driven analysis. - Responsible for applying various capital budgeting methodologies in performing feasibility exercise of various investments e.g., major facilities, special purpose assets, rental fleet investment and any other capital expenditures including perform post- mo -Accountable and responsible for conducting goodwill assessment test Including update and calculate WACC to support in preparing annual audit financial report. - Accountable and responsible for monitoring and reconciliation Controlling Profitability Analysis (COPA) including completeness of COPA characteristic. - Responsible for collecting financial data or financial ratios in any sources for benchmarking and metrics (e.g., competitors, other CAT dealers). - Responsible for providing financial dashboard by leveraging Xcelsius to the branch heads across PAN Indonesia to be able monitoring their financial performance. - Responsible for supporting other functions in developing and executing various initiatives/projects. This include active participation in obtaining special type of loans for particular business within the company.
