The Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data on FinDox (Reorg’s loan document aggregation/compliance service)
• Reconcile deal site access for clients
• Liaise with banks to get clients added to deal sites
• Organize virtual files and folders

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Web savvy and strong aptitude with learning new systems and technology
• Experience working in fast-paced environment and/or experience with time-sensitive activities (a plus)
• 1-5 years of work experience
