About this opportunity

Welcome to Application Management Analytics & Automation. We are a governance and reporting unit organized within Technology. We add value by reporting and follow up on compliance to internal requirements and frameworks stating how we are to manage our applications at Nordea. Current position is focused around SaaS application in order to enhance the monitoring and reporting on a restructured governanance structure for SaaS application which include related procurement activities, third party risk management, life cycle management, inventory / asset register, etc.. We drive process improvements on Nordea level through the reports and dashboards that we provide. As a team member of Application Management Analytics & Automation, you’ll play a valuable role in the transformation of Application Management for SaaS applications according to the Nordea standard, and be responsible for deliver action oriented reports and dashboards for the SaaS processes linked toward Application Management Guidelines and Standard Operational Procedures.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive and build measurement of the SaaS processes and align and support with creation of Instructions and Standard Operational Procedures
• Ensure high quality deliveries from the Application Management areas in Technology, by ensuring alignment towards industrial and ISO standards
• Closely interact with a wide range of stakeholders across Nordea in order to collect data to build the measurements
• Ability to understand IT processes for SaaS applications, create measurements and build action oriented dashboards in various areas, with the ability and interest to learn by being self-driven and finding the information you need
• Ability to digest information and present in a structured and easy-to-understand way

Your experience and background:  

• Experience building and implementing measurements for IT processes related to SaaS applications
• Experience taking a driving role in BI deliveries (i.e. establishing PowerBI dashboards, Python or advanced Excel reports )
• Experience within technology service deliveries to/for business within Nordea
• Understand data and the tools to do data mining (e.i. Python, advanced Excel, MS Power Platform - Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) 
• Understand how an infrastructure is set up and changed for SaaS applications 
• Able to establish connection with many and different stakeholders across all lines of Nordea
• Experience within Application Management is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Excellent written & spoken English skills
